When you book a consultation, you will be emailed a Health History/Intake Form to fill out and return to me digitally before our appointment time.
We will spend 1 hour or more, looking at your current issues, history, constitution and goals.

THE COST, HERBS, RECOMMENDATIONS
Initial consult is sliding scale $85-$120.
Herbs are purchased separately from Blue Crow Botanicals unless you have a preferred source.
You will receive a Recommendations Sheet via email within 24 hours after the consult.
This will include the details of the consultation and the recommendations including herbs, supplements, dietary suggestions, practices, resources and anything else that we have referenced.

You can email anytime after your appointment ongoingly while we are working together, to report changes, or ask questions.
This allows us to maintain connection, adjust the protocol, and keeps me informed as you proceed.
